PLANET AMAZING BROADENS CLIENT MIX TO FUEL RAPID GROWTH
Just six months after landing at the Sharp Project, East Manchester, web and graphic design agency, Planet Amazing, is celebrating a stellar collection of new clients, including men’s fashion e-tailer, Gentlemen’s Practice, film and TV props hire company, Props Props Props (website design and construction), Manchester Airport Group (online and print press advertising), film and TV and FACT – Foundation of Arts and Creative technology, Liverpool, (PR).
Launched in 2015 by founder, Andy Cadwallader, Planet Amazing has quickly utilised its new office space at The Sharp Project with the introduction of two key new team members, digital designer, Simon Crossley and seasoned PR / marketer, Sarah Parmenter.
The team is now able to provide fully integrated, “one stop shop” marketing services to clients requiring web and graphic design, right through to PR, copywriting and social media activity.
Commenting on its rapid growth, Andy believes that the key to its success is combining the agility and flexibility of a small agency, with the expansive service offerings of a large integrated marketing company:
“We quickly realised that many of our clients had previously needed to go to several different agencies or freelancers to launch or promote their business; they would start with the construction of a website, and then discover that they also needed help with marketing and PR too.
“Having worked with Simon and Sarah on award winning marketing campaigns in our previous roles, it was a no-brainer to get them on board when the time was right for all of us. As a result, our client portfolio is not only bigger, but it’s also much broader. Between us there is hardly a sector we haven’t worked on in some shape or form over the years. It gives us a unique edge.
“The added benefit of our location at The Sharp Project is that it enables us to operate highly cost-effectively, enabling us to keep budgets reasonable and accessible for businesses of all shapes and sizes. We also have instant access to other highly creative and tech-based businesses based here, which we can and do bring in on projects for specialist services if we need to.”
Online retail company, Gentleman’s Practice, for which Planet Amazing has recently created a new ecommerce website, sums up its experience of the Agency’s services as “outstanding.” Founder, Gareth Phoenix, said:
“Planet Amazing understood my business objectives intuitively. The site needed to be functional, accessible across multiple platforms and easy for me to manage customers and products. It also needed to look sharp, aspirational and stylish – to reflect the unique brand I’ve created. All of these objectives have been met, and well within budget. I couldn’t be happier.”
